Marriage and family therapy Jessica Halliday
Specialties: Grief, Marital and Premarital, Mood Disorders, Parenting, Physical Wellness,

Introduction

It isn’t easy to find the right person to talk to, especially about the most personal things in life, and often when we need that person we’re at our lowest. Therapy can really change your life, though, and that’s what I am interested in: positive change. And while therapy helps enormously with the hard things, it can also be a healthy part of self-care when life seems just fine, too. I have experience with a wide range of issues, including infidelity/marital issues, parenting, grief and loss, multi-generational issues, support for dealing with racism, diversity and inclusion, and life transitions. I also offer pre-marital counseling. I use a variety of approaches, depending on you.
