Introduction

I work with high-achieving, strong women who are usually the pillars in their families, friend group and community who find themselves doing all the things for everyone else BUT themselves. I create safe spaces for women to simply unload, unpack and get real about the stuff that has kept them stuck such as anxiety, fear, lack of self-trust and loss sense of identity. As a psychotherapist who has extensive experience and specialize in eating disorders/disorder eating, negative body image, self-worth, life transition, unhealthy relationship patterns and trauma. I help my clients grow in deeper self-awareness by recognizing and exploring the blindspots they have ignored with their relationship with themselves, body, food and faith.
