Introduction

My primary goal is to gain a true understanding of you and your needs. To then identify the best approach to accomplish true healing. Theories and techniques that I use are always empirically supported and are guided by both ethical and legal standards. I believe there is not one way to help every client. I tailor a technique that is unique, depending on the issue(s) presented and what has been empirically supported. I value and believe in the therapeutic relationship. The concerns that I have spent the most time treating are anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, suicidal ideations, identity issues, stress management, time management and relationship issues. I have a special interest in perinatal mental health, postpartum adjustment, postpartum anxiety and depression. I provide both individual therapy and couples/family therapy.
