Introduction

Depression, anxiety and emotional distress can create barriers in our relationships and impact our ability to glow.  With almost two decades of clinical mental health, holistic wellness, management, and clinical supervision experience, I support individuals, couples, groups, and organizations get back on track and meet their goals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW), I offer services through a humanistic, trauma-informed and culturally aware lens.  My intervention styles include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques and holistic wellness integration. I am an "in-network" provider in New Jersey for Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans and Empire (NY coming soon).
