Introduction

I am interested in providing clinical therapeutic services to adolescents and adults. I have experience with clients looking to manage their overall wellness to overcome the struggles of depression, anxiety, loss, grief, life changes, and building structures in their personal life to be more supported in times of overwhelming stress. My focus is on implementing CBT in a way to reprogram negative thought patterns through dialogue, reframing, and action. I look forward to the opportunity to work with a wide-array of clientele. Services are client-specific and client-directed to suit your individual needs.
