Life is filled with many challenges that can feel overwhelming and past experiences that leave a lasting impact. We all carry a story. It is my goal to honor your story and experiences and to walk with you on your journey towards healing. I believe therapy starts with a strong trusting relationship between client and therapist. I work very hard to develop this relationship. It is my commitment to offer a safe environment to explore your concerns without judgement. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. I specialize in working with families, couples, trauma survivors, and adults healing through, substance abuse, anxiety, depression and marital challenges. I utilizing evidence-based interventions to provide the most effective methods to best address your needs. We will work collaboratively to identify solutions, strengths, and patterns that may leave you feeling stuck. I would be honored to walk along side of you through your journey to recovery and healing.
