Life can bring unexpected changes and events that can take us off the path we expected. Anxiety, depression, stress, trouble regulating emotions, behavioral difficulties, and other symptoms can create challenges in getting through each day. I believe my role as a therapist is to support you in living your best life - whatever that may be. My goal is to provide a supportive and empowering environment for children, teens, parents and adults to address their mental health needs and enhance their overall well-being. I would be honored to walk with you on this journey towards your best life. I have experience working in community mental health, schools, and providing tele-health (virtual) sessions. I currently offer virtual and in home sessions. In office sessions available starting May 2024.
