I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I am passionate about supporting families as a whole, guiding them through challenges and helping them heal together. By working within the family system, I help individuals and families identify and build upon their strengths to create meaningful, positive change. My primary areas of focus include trauma, child abuse, depression, grief, anxiety, substance use, and domestic violence. I have experience working in residential settings with children and adolescents facing behavioral challenges, as well as in a community counseling clinic serving both children and adults. I am also knowledgeable in the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) system and have worked extensively with biological, foster, and adoptive families. My goal is to provide clients with a safe, supportive space where they can process their trauma and begin to heal. I strive to help individuals develop healthier coping strategies and work toward their personal growth and well-being through therapy. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Our Lady of the Lake University and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision at St. Mary’s University. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Supervisor. If you are interested in scheduling a consultation or initial appointment, I welcome you to send me a request. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your healing journey.
