My experience has allowed me to work with a wide demographic of diverse and unique individuals of different ages and different backgrounds. I specialize in helping with struggles related to anxiety and depression using Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, with an emphasis on overall health and wellbeing. I tailor my approach to each unique individual and view the counseling process as a collaborative one. I enjoy helping others find their strengths, empowering them and guiding them through life challenges.
