I appreciate and utilize an approach that considers the multifaceted nature of an individual’s well-being, encompassing their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions. I am sweetly spiritual, neurodivergent, empathic, and above all else a life-long learner. As a TAR (Toxic Abusive Relationships) survivor, I strongly believe in the power of inner child and shadow work to find freedom to express all parts of ourselves. I provide an integrated approach which helps cultivate strength, mental flexibility, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner peace.
