Introduction

Welcome! I’m Jessica, a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and certified rehabilitation counselor (CRC) based in Portland, OR. My practice is dedicated to supporting adults navigate many challenges of life, including adjustment to disability, management of chronic conditions, grief, and major life transitions. I identify as queer, “not quite white”, and spiritually non-conforming. I am deeply committed to trauma-informed care, ensuring a safe and empathetic space for healing. My approach integrates a well developed understanding of the human experience with practical strategies to manage and embrace change. If you’re struggling with the complexities of your circumstances or facing significant life changes, I offer compassionate guidance to help you regain a sense of control and fulfillment. Together, we can work towards finding balance, meaning, resilience, and uncovering your unique vision of a better life.
