My goal is to help clients achieve healing from within beginning with the mind. On this journey together, we explore behavioral barriers, maladaptive thoughts, and uncomfortable emotions. Through my previous work, I have come to find my calling in treating PTSD, addictions, and mood disorders. I have special interest and training in working with adolescents, first responders, neurodivergent people, LGBTQIA+ populations, and women. Feel free to inquire about services above!
