I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas (TX 82975). I work with individuals of all ages, providing a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore and cope with life's challenges. In counseling, I aim to create a space where clients feel safe and accepted, so that self-understanding and growth can take place. I support clients through the counseling process, assisting them in recognizing their inner resources, strengths, and priorities, so they can use these insights to direct the counseling process. I acknowledge and appreciate the diversity and unique experiences of each of my clients and am dedicated to helping them feel heard, understood, connected, and hopeful as they work towards achieving their counseling goals. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington, a teaching certificate from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Texas Woman's University. I am a Registered Play Therapist, a member of the Texas Counseling Association, and a member of the Association for Play Therapy.
