Individual and Couples Psychotherapy Jessica Paden Psychotherapy
Specialties: Depression, Trauma, Attachment Issues, Anxiety, Blended Families,

Introduction

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Berkeley, California. I specialize in a range of issues that impact couples and individuals including depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder or traits, difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, and problems with emotional reactivity. My approach is relational. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics between us as therapist and client, as well as your patterns in other relationships. This process will help foster personal growth, enhance communication, and create more authentic, fulfilling connections in your life. I am also here to challenge you to take a deeper look; to let go of patterns that aren’t serving you anymore. I am informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment theory modalities in my clinical work.
