Jessie earned her Bachelor’s Degree at UCF in Psychology and her Master’s Degree shortly after in Counselor Education. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MH 17199) and a professional school counselor. She has worked extensively with teenagers and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, ADHD, family conflict, future/college planning, and more. Jessie’s passion is helping individuals grow, heal, and find purpose for their lives. She believes everyone deserves a safe and empathetic place to process the ups and downs of life and move toward healing. Jessie utilizes different counseling approaches based on the individual. She primarily uses cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, solution-focused therapy and person-centered therapy.
