Introduction

I am passionate about working with families along side their adolescents, teens, and young adult children. Whether you or your child has received a formal diagnosis or just have a feeling that something is off, I can help support where you are in the process and develop a plan to move forward. Sometimes we face the unsettling reality that conflicts are remaining unresolved, behaviors are interfering with ability to experience fun, we are feeling unheard or misunderstood. Feeling down and being hard on ourselves is exhausting, social interactions become dreadful. Our work together will aim to deepen your understanding of who you are now and who you want to be. While exploring skills and we will be practicing different approaches to the challenges and conflicts you face. You will be uncovering strengths and building upon those skills promote growth and confidence. Finding balance among life’s challenges and joys while developing a sense of inner peace. Learning how to navigate the world as your authentic self among friends and family. I provide a safe space to express yourself through discussion, art, music, writing, literature, and games. I work along side nutritionists, psychiatrists, doctors, teachers, school counselors, coaches, etc. In order to develop plans to enhance experiences and promote success in all areas of life. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please reach out through phone, email, or appointment request.
