I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, work-related and relationship issues. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is a great modality to help when dealing with extreme emotional suffering, managing emotional regulation, interpersonal difficulties, or self-destructive behaviors. My approach is relational, client-centered and collaborative, focusing on understanding the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences with honesty and vulnerability. My therapeutic approach is centered on cultivating healthier connections and addressing conflict resolution. I support individuals dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, attachment issues, and coping with grief and loss.
