Introduction

I'm a licensed counselor with experience in trauma-work, substance use and recovery, and depression and anxiety. I'm here to meet you where you're at and help you find your path to healing. I utilize CBT and faith-based approaches to promote wellness through connection and relationship with God. I'm here to listen and work through your problems with you regardless of beliefs though. Healing is easier when we have someone walking with us. I offer individualized counseling, couples, and family counseling. I also facilitate weekly support and recovery groups.
