Introduction

Life can be challenging at times and sometimes it can feel as if you are drowning within your emotions. My hope as a counselor is to climb down into the trenches with you and walk alongside you as we work together to help resolve your current symptoms. My aim as a therapist is to see you as a whole person and work together to see how past experiences, beliefs, and feelings impact you currently. My belief is that the relationship between the client and therapist leads to growth and change. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for the people that I work with.
