Introduction

Hello there! I'm Jessica Stouffer, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to a safe and creative space where healing and growth take center stage. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults, and I'm passionate about utilizing art and play therapy techniques to empower individuals on their unique journeys. I've always believed that creativity is a universal language, and through my practice, I've seen how art and play have the incredible ability to help us express, process, and make sense of our emotions and experiences. I encourage my clients to explore their inner worlds in ways that feel natural and authentic to them. Life can be both wonderful and challenging, especially during childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. My aim is to walk alongside you or your child as we navigate the ups and downs together. I specialize in helping individuals cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress. Neurodivergence is an area close to my heart, and I'm committed to creating a supportive environment where everyone's uniqueness is celebrated. Each person's journey is unique, and my approach is tailored to meet you right where you are. We'll collaborate to build strategies that work for you and align with your goals. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership, and I'm here to offer guidance, support, and a genuine connection as we work together. In addition to addressing specific challenges, I'm deeply invested in enhancing your overall quality of life. We'll explore ways to cultivate resilience, build healthy coping mechanisms, and nurture a positive sense of self. My hope is to help you or your child develop the tools you need to thrive in a world that's often complex and demanding. I understand that reaching out for support can feel daunting, and I want you to know that I'm here to provide a warm and judgment-free space. My practice is not just a job, but a calling, and I'm honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery. If you're ready to take the next step or have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 470-270-6597. I'm looking forward to meeting you and embarking on this transformative journey together. Love and Light, Jessica Stouffer, LMSW
