Dr. Tinstman Jones is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in the state of FL and has worked in inpatient and outpatient clinical mental health counseling settings for over 10 years. She is now a Therapist at Rivas Psychotherapy, a group practice with a specialty in mood disorders and trauma, ADHD treatment in children and adults, perinatal mental health, as well as on the influence of culture and language on mental health. Dr. Tinstman Jones specifically specializes in providing trauma-informed care to clients as they process significant life events, traumas, and transitions and manage mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. She also has experience supporting Military-affiliated clients and families. Dr. Tinstman Jones believes in helping clients of all ages, backgrounds, demographics, and needs on their paths to becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.
