I enjoy working with people who find themselves at a fork in the road; at that place in life where they are ready to act or think differently or find themselves struggling to function when life becomes different. I have a passion for supporting cancer survivors and their families throughout the many stages of treatment including diagnosis, treatment, recovery, survivorship and grief. I also have spent a great deal of my career working with neurodivergent folks navigating the unique challenges of functioning in a neurotypical world. If any of this resonates with you, we may be a good fit. My approach to therapy is eclectic. I see our work as an opportunity to collaborate. You have expertise in yourself, your lived experiences, your strengths and struggles; all of which you bring to the table to work with in therapy. I use several different therapeutic modalities depending on each person’s individual needs and where they are at in life.
