Welcome! Thanks for checking out my profile. I have to be honest, I really don’t like writing these “therapist intros” because they always sound cheesy but, here is my best effort. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in Colorado. I specialize in providing individual counseling services to young adults, adolescents and members of the LGBTQ+ communities. I have experience providing services for a variety of concerns including trauma, addiction, and relationships. My approach is person centered and based on the individual. I look forward to meeting you and learning more about your unique story My specialty includes working with a variety of concerns including trauma, addiction, and life transitions. My orientation towards counseling includes a narrative and interpersonal focused approach. I also have training and certifications in Trauma Focused Somatic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
