I offer compassionate and empathetic mental health services to adult clients in a safe, judgment-free environment for those struggling with emotional dysregulation, trauma, relationship issues, depression/mood disorders, and other problems. I primarily use treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and person-centered therapy, but your treatment will be tailored to you as a unique individual. I place emphasis on the core principles of person-centered therapy, including unconditional positive regard, empathic understanding, genuineness, and the therapeutic relationship.
