Introduction

Hi! I'm Jill Anderson: a licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as an Addictions Counselor. I specialize in those with anxiety, a history of trauma, addiction, and also relationship therapy, including couples counseling. I often describe myself as someone that "speaks people". Through my years of education, and the time I took off to raise my 5 kids, I found my greatest interest and joy was when I was listening to the stories of peoples' lives. My growth into counseling came from that desire to listen, and then hear what people were truly trying to say, even beyond the words they were expressing. That is what speaking people means to me. If you need someone that can listen to what you are really trying to say, I hope I can help.
