What does hope mean to you? It may be a small flicker that sustains your daily life. It could be an anchoring source of confidence and resilience. Or hope may hold deep spiritual significance for you. Whatever hope looks like to you, it is my desire to nourish hope in your life through our work together so you are able to live whole-heartedly in whatever situation you face. I specialize in offering counseling services to those living with chronic illness, and to their caregivers. I also have experience in working with those who have gone through attachment wounding and trauma. I am also able to integrate Christian counseling into sessions, upon the request of the client. I utilize attachment-based and trauma-informed approaches in my work with clients. I am also trained in EMDR, which I have found to be a useful approach for the populations I work with. Deciding to start on your counseling journey takes a lot of bravery, and I'm proud of you for considering this step. I value a collaborative approach in my counseling practice, and I am looking forward to combining my education and training with your experiences and insights to find a treatment plan that allows you to feel supported and can fit your needs.
