Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Adjustment Disorder, Bipolar Disorder,

Introduction

Therapy is available for anyone who is brave enough to ask for help. You do not need to get to rock bottom in order to start therapy. Therapy can help you identify and achieve goals, reduce symptoms of mental illness, and improve your own understanding of yourself. You are the expert on you and I want to help you learn how to be your best self. I graduated in 2018 with a Master's degree from the University of North Georgia in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have provided in-home and in-school therapy services as well as in private practice and community mental health agencies. My experiences help me understand my clients and their unique experiences. I generally use a person-centered counseling perspective as well as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques.  I am especially skilled in addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and relational difficulties. I will be available for individual therapy sessions virtually. Together, we will work to create trust and build a genuine relationship that validates your emotions and motivates you to achieve your goals.
