I am a licensed psychologist in private practice specializing in maternal mental health including infertility, pregnancy, and postpartum support. I also work with those with grief, relationship, and life transition concerns. I incorporate many mindfulness, post-traumatic growth, and positive psychology techniques to help clients develop healthy coping skills and problem-solving approaches. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, eye movement desensitization reprocessing, humanistic, mindfulness based, and psychodynamic treatment modalities. When I am not helping others, you can find me hiking in the mountains, getting sweaty in yoga, finding my Zen with meditation, loving or hating a Crossfit workout, and/or spending time with my family including my Golden Retriever and Bernese Mountain Dog. I spent many years as an IVF warrior and am passionate about helping others through this struggle. I am professionally affiliated with the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) Mental Health Professional Group (MHPG), Postpartum Support International (PSI), and Colorado Fertility Advocacy (CFA).
