As a therapist, I am honored and humbled to be allowed into someone’s life to assist with goals, aspirations, and solutions to personal struggles. I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help. My passion is to help others see beyond their current viewpoint and offer feedback that can open doors that may not have been identified before. We all have a story and deserve the quality of life that we are all capable of achieving. What that is for you, is up to you. I look forward to being a part of that process while invoking optimism, solution-focused thinking, and support along the way. I am a mother of two amazing children that have taught me more over the years than I could have imagined. I enjoy nature, running, spending time with children, and once in a while an artist comes out in me. I have always found fulfillment in helping others any way I can. I have over 10 years of counseling experience and over 4 years as an Executive Director. Finding I missed direct client care, I have since returned to the profession of therapist. My work is not a job, it is purpose and calling.
