I’m a dedicated and driven therapist who is really good at creating a welcoming, judgment-free space. While my clients face various challenges— they all have one thing in common; a desire to achieve genuine healing and true relief from their symptoms. No matter what your starting point is, I’m excited to partner with you. I truly believe you can change; this is something I witness on a regular basis in my clients. Oftentimes, all it takes is the support and insight of a compassionate therapist to drive this change. In our sessions, the focus will be on you — the most important yet frequently overlooked person in your life. I’ll teach you practical coping skills, effective techniques to reduce your symptoms, and help you gain insight into various aspects of your life.
