Introduction

I am a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage Family and Child Therapist, with over a decade of experience helping children, individuals, couples, and families to navigate the complexities of substance abuse, trauma, intimate partner violence, grief, loss, anxiety, and depression. I am dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for my clients to explore their emotional landscapes and develop practical skills for lasting positive change. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, blending traditional therapeutic methods with non-traditional approaches tailored to each child, adolescent, adult, couple, and/or family to ensure the best possible outcome. Together, we can discover and address the underlying cause and conditions of symptoms, develop coping strategies, and work towards building a foundation of lasting recovery and resilience. I am here to support and guide you through your unique journey of healing.
