Introduction

Is your teen dealing with trauma, tough relationships, or just feeling stuck? You’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself. In therapy, we’ll work on understanding those past experiences, building stronger coping skills, and finding a path forward that feels better. Your teen might want to feel more in control, have healthier relationships, and not be so overwhelmed by emotions. It’s all about learning to bounce back, build confidence, and create a future that feels possible—no cape needed. I specialize in helping teens build emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills while addressing trauma and attachment wounds. We’ll work on managing tough emotions, improving relationships, and creating healthier coping strategies. If self-harm or suicidal thoughts are a concern, we’ll focus on safety and building resilience. If you’re a teen or caregiver facing trauma, attachment struggles, or tough emotions, I get it—and I’m here to help. Expect a mix of humor, self-expression, and a growth mindset as we work together. I bring my authentic self to each session, balancing warmth with professionalism. Let’s take this journey together—reach out when you're ready.
