Introduction

I became a clinical psychologist because I’m deeply passionate about helping people transform their lives through the power of a supportive and compassionate therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you identify and understand the unhealthy patterns that may be holding you back, so you can break free from them and live with greater clarity and confidence. I approach therapy with a deep respect for your individuality, fostering an environment where you can explore your true self. By using a psychodynamic and interpersonal approach, I offer a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive space where we can work together to address your unique challenges. I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of issues, including depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, spirituality and religion, self-esteem, codependency, and life transitions. In addition to individual therapy, I offer personality and ADHD testing to further understand your needs and guide our work together. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, I’m here to support you.
