Introduction

As a therapist, group practice owner, and HUMAN, I am someone who firmly believes that healing should feel real, relational, and maybe even a little fun. Therapy with me isn’t passive. We roll up our sleeves, we laugh, we go deep, and we do the work that actually creates change. Since 2005, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families through the messiest, most meaningful parts of life. My specialty is helping people get unstuck—in their relationships, their patterns, and even in their own internal chaos. I help couples move from conflict to connection, individuals move from survival to growth, and families begin to truly understand each other. I’m fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)—the gold standard for couples therapy—rooted in attachment theory. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma recovery models like EMDR and Brainspotting, and a deep understanding of personality theory (yes, the Enneagram and your birth order probably matter more than you think). My work is grounded in the idea that so much of how we show up today—our quirks, our triggers, our coping—are actually brilliant strategies we developed early in life to get our needs met. The problem? Those same strategies can become the very things that sabotage our closest relationships. That’s where I come in. I help you spot the patterns, understand where they come from, and gently untangle the knots that are keeping you stuck—so you can love and live from a place of freedom instead of fear. In couples therapy, I specialize in healing after betrayal, breaking reactive cycles, and rebuilding trust and intimacy (even when it feels like you’ve tried everything). For women, I create space to reconnect to your intuition, stop people-pleasing, and show up with clarity and confidence in your relationships. For men, we work on emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and building connection without losing your strength. I also work with leaders, creatives, and public figures who need a safe space to talk about things like pressure, performance, and being truly known. You don’t have to carry all of this alone—or keep recycling the same conflict on repeat. Therapy with me is about curiosity over criticism, depth over surface, and growth that actually sticks.
