Introduction

I am an art therapist, artist and creative person who understands emotions and the body and how they work together. I am also a life-long learner who will always be honing her skills because I want to be someone who can serve every population I am working with in the best way that I can. Additionally, I am a human who believes in Spirit, so I believe there is a reason we come across one another's paths. We will teach one another and grow together if you choose to work with me. Using both expressive arts therapy and talk therapy (currently via telehealth), I offer an empathic listening ear and safe space for the client to explore all the parts of self and find meaningful expression to articulate and come to conclusions regarding past, present and future personal situations.
