Introduction

WELCOME! Coming to the decision to pursue counseling and embrace transformation is one of the bravest decisions that a person can make. At Inspired Resilience Counseling, the foundational principle is that life’s most difficult moments are not just obstacles to overcome but opportunities to discover who we truly are and what we are capable of. Whether you are dealing with past trauma, anxiety, depression, or the weight of unresolved emotions, I empathize with the difficulty of moving forward when you’re carrying emotional pain. You may be asking yourself: How can I heal from what I’ve been through? How do I find peace when my past feels like a shadow over my future? I am here to support you as you explore those challenging questions with openness and courage. My role is not to provide all the answers but to walk alongside you as a guide—helping you navigate life’s complexities, explore difficult relationship dynamics, and embrace the freedom and responsibility you have to shape your own path. Together, we will explore what has shaped your sense of self, discover strengths you already possess, and empower you towards resilience and healing. Through unpacking the fears and doubts that are holding you back, you will develop strategies to reconnect with what gives you meaning and purpose. You will gain the tools to make healthy choices, build resilience, and move forward with clarity and confidence—knowing that, while life may not always be predictable, you have the strength and tools to face it. You are the hero of your own story. I am here to support you as you discover the profound power of your own existence—creating a life that reflects your truest self, built on your values, and aligned with your deepest aspirations. ABOUT ME Joanna holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Colorado Christian University and is deeply committed to fostering authentic transformation and healing. Outside of her work as a counselor, she enjoys exploring the natural beauty of Colorado and cherishing quality time with her husband of nearly ten years, their wonderful son, and their fur baby yellow lab!
