Introduction

I welcome clients of all ages who need help with unwanted behaviors such as smoking cessation, losing weight or problems with anxiety. I am a retired Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and have seen clients over the years with problems that may be better addressed without the use of medications. Hypnosis is a safe and effective intervention that has helped many people. You will be conscious and in control during hypnosis. It will be a relaxing experience in which we will have an interactive session to make important desired changes .
