Introduction

We are a group practice that offers online therapy for minors and adults in individual therapy. Read more about our therapist below: Kyle Konarski, MHC-LP (Associate Psychotherapist) offers an empathetic, non-judgmental space for clients to express themselves. He practices therapy with a strengths-based, person-centered, integrative approach. He utilizes evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). He specializes in helping clients with the following concerns: Addiction, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, relationship issues, family conflicts, self-esteem, & stress. Catherine Wright, MHC-LP (Associate Psychotherapist) offers clients a warm and friendly environment where they can better understand their cognitive distortions and unhelpful coping strategies. She assists clients in recognizing and employing appropriate coping mechanisms to deal with unfavorable feelings or disruptive behavioral habits. She specializes in trauma-informed care, dialectical therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and schema therapy. Addiction, anxiety, anger management, bipolar disorder, coping mechanisms, depression, OCD dual diagnoses, grief, life transitions, and stress are some of the issues she works with clients on. Damise Vaughn, MHC-LP (Associate Psychotherapist), believes counseling should be both challenging and enjoyable. She uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help identify underlying assumptions that influence behavior. In addition, she explores the past to learn patterns and how it influences you today and a psychodynamic theory that investigates unconscious ideas! Trauma, relationships, behavioral health, mental wellness, anxiety, depression, and family issues are among the issues she specializes in assisting clients with. Imari Hardon, MHC-LP (Associate Psychotherapist), wants to help you explore your narrative, express your feelings, and experience a new way to live. Understanding why you are the way you are or how you operate is the first part of the process. She utilizes talk therapy and experiential and expressive arts techniques customized to your individual needs. She aims to talk you through your problems and help you experience healing. A father of psychology, Carl Jung, once said, "The shoe that fits one person pinches another; there is no one recipe for living that suits all cases." She wants to work with you and find what works for you to build you a better tomorrow. JoAnne Singh, LMHC (Senior Psychotherapist/EMDRIA Approved EMDR Consultant) offers the use of mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, parts work/ego state work, IFS, and EMDR therapy to assist clients in the process of integrating their emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and psychological systems to align with the client's life goals. JoAnne is a certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant.
