I will work with you to get to know the real you so that we find your own unique solutions and coping skills. I love to work with individuals and couples going through life transitions, understanding their personalities, emotional professionalism, healing from trauma, and marital counseling. I use a variety of modalities to include DBT, EMDR, Gottman for couples, and CPT for trauma. I am particularly sensitive to the needs of military couples as a veteran's spouse. I believe you need to feel safe and accepted as you are in order to fully feel your feelings, and from there you are able to heal and grow. Come and be your real unfiltered self! I tend to identify root issues fairly quickly, but we will go at your pace to address them as you build trust and rapport with me.
