Introduction

Who am I? I've been married for 25+ years, have 3 grown kids, I'm approachable, friendly and love to laugh. I've lived all over the country as well as Europe for over a decade of my life. I let my curiosity guide me to ask lots of questions to help you explore your thoughts and feelings more deeply. I've been told I make clients feel comfortable and can let their masks down. Who are you? Someone who is frustrated in their relationships? Struggling with self esteem, keeping healthy boundaries, or trying to make sense of things? Let's keep it simple and work at your pace to uncover patterns and learn coping skills that work for you! My education gave me the "book knowledge," which I combine with 5 years as a therapist and over a decade in the helping professions, volunteer work, military life and living overseas to develop a unique counseling experience. I use life lessons when appropriate, while being mindful of working in a professional manner, using evidence-based methods. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist, Gottman Level 2 trained, CPT trained, Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider, which I use to help people heal from trauma, repair relationships, and understand their patterns of behavior better. Bring all that's weighing you down; there is no judgement here.
