Thank you for taking the first steps towards your healing journey. I recognize that taking the first step is difficult, but together we can move forward by learning new ways to cope, process, and perceive the world through a positive lens. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University in 2018 with an emphasis in Youth and Adolescence, and later went on to receive my Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2020. I have experience working with many issues including self-esteem/confidence, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I implement a variety of approaches tailored to each client's needs, including mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
