Hi there, I am a licensed therapist, specializing in Anxiety, depression, ADHD, codependency, and PTSD. I am a trauma informed clinician, and use many modalities within therapy. Some of them are Person-Centered Therapy, CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Expressive Arts, IFST, & EMDR to name a few. I work mostly with adults, couples, and group therapy that deals with boundary setting, self-care, and codependency and/or love addiction. I have been working in the field since 2009. I love what I do, and believe very strongly that a connected therapeutic relationship is key to helping clients heal and move forward in whatever is holding you back from your potential.
