Introduction

I work with individual adults and adult couples of any orientation who are struggling with feeling stuck in life, have anxiety, depression, substance misuse, shame, relationship problems, trauma, and many other issues. My treatment style is attachment-based to help clients better understand the root issues related to thoughts, behaviors and relationship patterns. I incorporate neuroscience to target the whole individual: the body and mind.
