Do you find yourself constantly worrying, stressed, or like you are trapped, and you cannot seem to escape? Do you sometimes feel like no one understands you? You do not have to struggle in silence. I am pleased that you have taken the first step in addressing your concerns. In my practice, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to be able to share whatever is on your mind and where we can explore your concerns together. Let’s sit down and talk! My approach to therapy is from a trauma-focused perspective and psychodynamic approach to help you identify some of the causes for your feelings. My therapeutic approaches are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness to help you find the skills to improve your daily life as well as Motivational Interviewing to increase motivation for change. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, depression, and various addictions. In our work together, we will use our time to explore the challenges you may be experiencing and try to find solutions while improving on personal strengths. I hope that I can help you create a life that you find meaningful.
