Introduction
We all deserve quality mental health care. At any time and for any reason. I currently provide individual adult psychotherapy, adult cognitive evaluations, and adult psychological evaluations. I use evidence based practices and measures to foster health by cultivating intentional awareness; creating space to change our relationship with thoughts and emotions. I believe this approach can also help us live a meaningful life as informed by our values. Psychotherapy Services: As of 4/1/25, I no longer accept insurance for psychotherapy services. This applies to new patients only. I can provide a document at the end of each session called a superbill that patients will be able to submit to their insurance carrier for reimbursement. However, I cant guarantee that your insurance carrier will reimburse you the full amount of your session. I do offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford the full fee. If you are a Lyra patient, you can still use your EAP benefit for psychotherapy. You can request an appointment by email, the Request Appointment button, or through the Lyra website. Cognitive and Personality Testing: I am accepting patients looking for neuropsychological and personality testing. Insurance IS accepted for this service.
