Welcome Beloved. Jo here. I am a neuro-affirming Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate. I received my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Santa Clara University. I am passionate about helping others find their authentic selves and heal their intergenerational trauma. I work with adults and couples and specialize in working with intersections of complex trauma, neurodivergence, and chronic pain. I am on a mission to educate and empower people to heal their inner child wounds, uncover radical self-love, and evolve into their utmost authentic self. My approach to therapy is holistic and eclectic. I blend psychodynamic, family systems, and EMDR among other modalities to meet your unique neurodivergent needs. I show up to this work through my own ongoing liberation and healing work and connect with the following intersecting identities; queer, neurodivergent, Latinx, feminist, and POC. I am a California native now living in the pacific northwest.
