You may be wondering about me and my qualifications. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. I have specific training focusing on helping you explore issues and challenges in your own life. My specialized experience includes cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and motivational interviewing. My focus is to work with you to help restore or achieve balance. I strive to support you in achieving meaning and purpose so that you can live a fulfilled life even when challenges come your way.
