Introduction

Life hits hard sometimes and things are not always easy. In fact, sometimes trying to make a change can be scary. I’m glad you made it here on your journey towards finding help. To admit that not everything is fine can feel especially daunting and facing your problems can seem like a fight for survival, desperate and panicked. It is something that many of us are not perfect at handling either. All is not lost! We can work together to help find you ways to cope with or resolve these intimidating issues and challenges that you’re facing. You are the expert on your life experiences and as we work together, I will listen without judgmental ears and help guide you towards finding solutions that will work best for you. I started in the therapy field because I want to help people live their life’s fullest potential. I have worked with addiction, men’s issues, adolescents, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and other concerns. Helping individuals, couples, and families are something that I am passionate about, and being able to help you figure these things out is ultimately my number one priority. It is encouraged to ask me questions, as it is important that we have a good therapeutic fit, getting to know me helps create a more comfortable environment for you. If you are thinking about trying therapy or are curious about the process, do not hesitate to reach out and contact me. I’ll be looking forward to it!
