Introduction

To reach your best life. I have over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been training experience as a psychotherapist and a consultant. I have trained in multiple modalities including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, EMDR, and has also been trained in other evidence-based practices. In my post-graduate training, I worked with the Family Outreach Center Family Outreach Center in Grand Rapids, Michigan as well as at the Counseling Center at Ferris State University. I have had the honor of working with many different populations including veterans, first responders, and Native Americans. I have experience treating patients with mental health and substance use disorders. I continue to support clients with cancer through Cancer Support Community. I am also a veteran as I served in the United States Army and the Army National Guard from 1987-2001. I was honorably discharged in the Fall of 2001.
