I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings and circumstances for 16 years. I am experienced in the use of CBT, ACT, and couple's therapy interventions to support those with a wide range of needs, inlcuding anxiety, OCD, personality disorders, athletic identity and grief, and relational disconnection.
