Introduction

A dedicated mental health therapist who welcomes the opportunity to help you reduce emotional discomfort and live a happier life. My approach is to create a partnership where we work together solving problems, discovering solutions and experiencing peace. My goal is to support you in having a better understanding of your inner world, to gain perspective about who you are in relationships and to increase overall health. Most importantly, I want to know the life you want for yourself and help you reach that vision. I have been practicing for 26 years and have made it my personal mission to help ease pain and emotional distress. I specialize in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Couples Counseling and Grief Loss Recovery. I promote meditation, progressive muscle relaxation and breath work as well as traditional talk therapy. I look forward to an exciting journey with you to increase your personal well-being and harmony. It is very important to me that we create a sanctuary together where you feel safe, supported, and validated.
